Melbourne, the capital of Victoria, Australia, has been closed for a total of 245 days as of 8 PM local time on the 3rd, making it the longest city in the world since the outbreak of COVID-19.
Melbourne is expected to significantly surpass the Buenos Aires record, because the Victorian vaccination road map points out, that it will not reach the goal of 70% of the population after two doses until October 26, it means the time expected to relax going out and curfew restrictions.
