Drink hot lemon water to relieve headaches
A TCM physician emphasized that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of migraine is based on symptomatic conditioning. It can be taken with acupuncture, herbs, and combined with tea and acupoint pressing to improve it; or drink hot lemon water as a small remedy. 1. Qi stagnation: Herba Ephedrae and Prepared Common Monkshood Daughter Root tea
Material: 3 grams of Herba Ephedrae, 6 grams of Prepared Common Monkshood Daughter Root, 6 grams of Radix Glycyrrhizae.
How to do it: Put the above herbs in a cup, pour 500-800cc of boiling water, wait for 10-15 minutes, and then drink it. It can be drunk as a tea at ordinary times.

2. Blood stasis: Rhizoma Chuanxiong tea
Materials: 3 grams of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 3 grams of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 3 grams of green tea.
How to do it: Put the above hebs in a cup, pour 500-800cc of boiling water, wait for 10-15 minutes, and then drink it. You can usually drink it as a tea.

Acupressure and scalp massage
1. Feng Chi acupoint: If the migraine occurs in the back of the brain, you can moderately massage the Feng Chi acupoint (the lowermost edge of the back of the brain, outside of both sides of the cervical spine), as well as the two neck muscles.
2. Tai Yang and He Gu acupoints: The pain is on the forehead, try massaging the Tai Yang and He Gu acupoints (put the horizontal pattern of the first knuckle of the thumb on the other hand, and press down on the fingertip of the thumb).
3. Massage the scalp: As for the pain on the top of the head, it is difficult to find the appropriate acupuncture points. It is recommended to massage the scalp.
