Lemonade has very good health benefits. Here are some ways to make lemonade.
1. Honey lemonade
Ingredients: 500g lemon, proper amount of honey, proper amount of oil, proper amount of salt.

6. lemon barley water
Ingredients: 250g barley, 2 lemons, honey or rock sugar.

Just wait until the water is light milky white and thick. Wash the lemon slices with brine and remove the seeds. Turn off the heat and let it stand.
